"Forest Fairy Tale" is located in the Pishchane area of Rokytne, amid coniferous and oak forests on the banks of the Ros River. The approximately 4-hectare property has access to clean sandy beaches, and the various types of accommodations are spaced at a comfortable distance from one another. At the resort, guests can fish, swim, take walks in the woods, and play soccer, volleyball, tennis, billiards, and table tennis. Guests have access to a swimming pool, a traditional Russian bathhouse, and a sauna, as well as boat rentals, playgrounds, a trampoline, gazebos, barbecue areas, free parking, and Wi-Fi.
