1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy explains how G4MAX collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data relating to users of the G4MAX website, mobile application, administrative tools and other digital services, collectively referred to as the “Platform.”
By using the Platform, creating an account, viewing Properties, publishing Listings, accessing contact information, submitting a Request or using other G4MAX features, you confirm that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Platform or provide personal data to G4MAX.
2. Data Controller
The controller and/or operator of personal data is the owner or operator of the G4MAX Platform.

3. Personal Data We May Collect
The information collected by G4MAX depends on the Platform features you use.
3.1. Registration Information
When you create and use an account, we may process:
your name or display name;
telephone number;
email address;
one-time SMS codes or other verification codes;
account identifier;
interface language;
account creation and last-use dates;
contact verification status.
G4MAX does not retain one-time verification codes for longer than technically necessary to complete authentication or verify the relevant action.
3.2. Profile Information
You may voluntarily add:
a profile photograph;
name;
description;
city or region;
contact details;
other information supported by the Platform.
3.3. Property and Listing Information
If you list or manage a Property, we may process:
Property name and description;
photographs and videos;
address or approximate location;
coordinates;
characteristics and available amenities;
prices;
Property rules;
availability information;
contact details of the owner or representative;
documents or evidence submitted for moderation;
Listing creation, editing and publication history.
3.4. Requests and Property Interactions
We may process:
Properties you have viewed;
saved or favourite Properties;
Requests and enquiries;
the date and time of an enquiry;
use of “Show number,” “Contact,” “Request” or similar buttons;
your interaction history with Listings;
information you voluntarily provide to a Property Owner.
3.5. Support Communications
When you contact G4MAX, we may retain:
your contact details;
the content of your enquiry;
attached photographs, documents or screenshots;
communication history;
information required to review and resolve the issue.
3.6. Technical Information
The following information may be collected automatically:
IP address;
device type and model;
operating system;
application or browser version;
device language;
time zone;
device, application or session identifiers;
device push token;
access date and time;
pages viewed and features used;
referral source;
error, crash and security logs;
approximate location derived from the IP address.
3.7. Location Information
With your permission, the mobile application may access device location information to:
display nearby Properties;
calculate the distance to a Property;
provide map functionality;
search based on the current location;
improve search results.
You may disable location access in your device settings. Certain Platform features may then operate with limited functionality.
3.8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use:
cookies;
browser local storage;
pixels;
software identifiers;
analytics technologies;
other similar tools.
These technologies may be used for authentication, security, storing preferences, analytics, fraud prevention and improving the Platform.
3.9. Payment Information
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, G4MAX does not accept payments for Property rentals, process payment cards or store users’ complete payment details.
If payment functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before G4MAX begins processing payment information.
4. Sources of Personal Data
We may obtain personal data:
directly from you;
automatically when you use the Platform;
from Property Owners and their representatives;
from other Users, including in connection with a complaint;
from authentication, hosting, analytics and other technical service providers;
from publicly available sources where permitted by law;
from social networks or third-party services when you use them to sign in to or interact with G4MAX.
5. How We Use Personal Data
G4MAX may process personal data to:
create and maintain accounts;
authenticate Users by telephone number, email or another method;
verify contact information;
protect accounts and restore access;
publish and display Properties;
allow Users to contact Property Owners;
submit and process Requests;
operate search, filters, maps and recommendations;
send system, service and security notifications;
respond to support enquiries;
moderate Listings and accounts;
investigate complaints;
prevent fraud, spam and abuse;
maintain technical and information security;
identify and correct errors;
conduct statistics and analytics;
improve the Platform’s design, features and performance;
comply with legal obligations;
protect the rights and legitimate interests of G4MAX, Users and third parties;
establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the circumstances, G4MAX may process personal data on the basis of:
your consent;
the need to perform an agreement or take steps before entering into an agreement;
the need to provide functionality requested by you;
compliance with legal obligations;
protection of a person’s vital interests;
legitimate interests of G4MAX or third parties, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms;
another basis permitted by applicable law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
7. Authentication and SMS Messages
A telephone number may be used for:
account creation;
account login;
identity or action verification;
account security;
access recovery;
communications relating to Properties, Requests or security.
G4MAX may send SMS or other messages required for authentication and security.
One-time verification codes are not used for advertising.
Marketing messages may be sent only where an appropriate legal basis exists, including separate consent where required.
8. Display of Contact Information
A Property Owner’s telephone number or other contact details may be displayed to another User for communications concerning a specific Property.
Contact information may:
not be publicly displayed;
be unavailable to unregistered visitors;
be displayed only after an active User action;
be displayed after selecting “Show number,” “Contact,” “Request” or another similar button.
By listing a Property, you agree that your contact information may be displayed to Users through the Platform’s functionality.
Users must not use contact information obtained through G4MAX for spam, unrelated advertising, harassment, fraud, contact database creation or disclosure to third parties.
9. How We Share Personal Data
G4MAX may share personal data only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.
9.1. Other Users
To enable communications concerning a Property, another User may receive access to:
your name;
profile photograph;
telephone number;
other contact information;
Property information;
the content of a Request or message.
9.2. Service Providers
Data may be processed by providers of:
hosting and server infrastructure;
SMS authentication;
email and push notifications;
photograph storage;
analytics;
error monitoring;
cybersecurity;
maps and geolocation;
technical support;
backup services;
search and other Platform features.
Service providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service.
9.3. Public Authorities
G4MAX may disclose information to public, law-enforcement, judicial or other competent authorities where:
disclosure is required by applicable law;
it is necessary to respond to a lawful request;
it is necessary to protect rights or safety;
it is necessary to investigate fraud or another offence.
9.4. Changes in Ownership
In connection with a reorganisation, sale, transfer of business, investment or change of Platform operator, personal data may be transferred to a successor, subject to appropriate data protection safeguards.
10. Sale of Personal Data
G4MAX does not sell Users’ personal data to third parties.
Disclosure to technical service providers for the operation of the Platform is not considered a sale of personal data.
11. International Data Transfers
Certain hosting, analytics, messaging, storage or other service providers may be located or process data outside your country of residence.
In such cases, G4MAX takes reasonable measures to provide an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with applicable law.
International transfers may be based on:
your consent;
an agreement containing appropriate safeguards;
standard contractual clauses;
an adequacy decision;
another lawful transfer mechanism.
12. Data Retention
G4MAX retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The retention period may depend on:
the period for which an account remains active;
the period for which a Property is listed;
the need to complete a User request;
backup retention periods;
security requirements;
an existing dispute or complaint;
accounting, tax, civil or other legal obligations;
applicable limitation periods;
the need to prevent previously suspended Users from repeatedly violating the rules.
After the applicable period ends, data will be deleted, anonymised or retained in another form permitted by law.
13. Data Security
G4MAX applies organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data, including:
access restrictions;
authentication and access controls;
secure connections;
technical logging;
backups;
monitoring of suspicious activity;
software updates;
restrictions on service-provider access;
other measures appropriate to the nature and risk of processing.
However, no method of data transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Users must also protect their devices, SIM cards, email accounts, verification codes and other access methods.
14. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
know the sources from which your data was collected and where it is stored;
receive information about the purposes and methods of processing;
access your personal data;
correct inaccurate or outdated data;
request deletion of your data;
request restriction of processing;
object to certain processing;
withdraw previously provided consent;
receive a copy of your data in a structured format where required by law;
submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority;
protect your rights in court;
not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces significant legal effects, where applicable law provides such a right.

15. Account Deletion
A User may request account deletion:
through profile settings;
through the Account Deletion Info page;

After receiving a request, G4MAX may:
delete the account;
delete or anonymise personal data;
remove published Properties;
restrict access to the account;
retain certain information where required or permitted by law.
Certain information may temporarily remain:
in backups;
in security logs;
in complaint and dispute records;
in documents that must legally be retained;
in records required to prevent fraud or repeated violations.
Deleting an account does not automatically delete information that other Users lawfully obtained or retained before the account was deleted.
16. Children
The Platform is not intended for independent use by persons under 18 years of age.
A minor may use the Platform only with the involvement and under the responsibility of a parent, guardian or another legal representative.
If you believe that a minor has provided personal data to G4MAX without appropriate authorisation, contact support@g4max.com.
17. Marketing Communications
G4MAX may send:
mandatory service communications;
security notifications;
authentication codes;
information about Requests and Properties;
information about changes to the Platform;
marketing and informational materials where an appropriate legal basis exists.
Users may opt out of marketing communications through an unsubscribe link, application settings or by contacting support.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent G4MAX from sending important service and security messages.
18. Push Notifications
With your permission, the application may send push notifications concerning:
Requests;
Property status changes;
Platform messages;
recommendations;
updates;
account security;
promotional offers where permitted by law.
Push notifications may be disabled in the application or device settings.
19. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Platform may contain links to messengers, maps, social networks, Property Owner websites and other third-party resources.
G4MAX does not control the privacy policies or conduct of those services.
After you access a third-party service, the processing of your data is governed by the rules of the relevant service provider.
20. Automated Decisions and Recommendations
G4MAX may use automated algorithms to:
rank search results;
recommend Properties;
detect spam;
identify suspicious activity;
prioritise content;
perform technical moderation.
Such algorithms may take into account city, approximate location, viewing history, selected filters, popularity and other Platform usage information.
G4MAX does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce significant legal effects for Users, except where permitted by applicable law.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
G4MAX may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the Platform and will identify:
the version number;
the date of the last update;
the effective date.
Where changes are material, we may notify Users through the application, email, push notification or another available channel.
Continued use of the Platform after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect means that you have reviewed the updated version.
22. Applicable Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Where mandatory provisions of the law of another country or the GDPR apply to the processing of a particular User’s personal data, G4MAX will apply those requirements within their territorial and material scope.
