G4MAX helps users discover houses, villas, apartments and other locations for recreation, parties, celebrations and special events.
The Platform features Properties with swimming pools, saunas, hot tubs, karaoke, billiards, gaming consoles, home cinemas, barbecue areas and other entertainment facilities.
Guests can search through the catalogue or interactive map, review Property information, save suitable options to their Favourites and contact Property Owners directly.
Property Owners can independently list their Properties, upload photographs, describe the conditions, provide prices and place their Properties on the map.
For Guests
1. Find a Suitable Property
Open the “Properties” section to browse available houses, villas, apartments and other locations.
Properties may be selected based on:
city or area;
Property type;
guest capacity;
price;
available entertainment;
amenities;
type of recreation or event.
Choose a Property that matches your plans, group size and preferred event format.
2. Search for Properties on the Map
Open the “Map” section to view available Properties by location.
Using the interactive map, you can:
browse Properties in a selected city or area;
find locations near you;
move and zoom the map;
select Property markers;
view brief information about each location;
open the full Property page from the map;
compare the locations of different Properties.
The map helps you quickly assess the neighbourhood, distance and convenience of a Property.
For privacy and security reasons, the complete address may be hidden. In this case, the map will display an approximate location, and the Property Owner may provide the full address after the conditions have been agreed.
3. Review the Property Page
A Property page may contain:
photographs;
a description;
location information;
maximum guest capacity;
number of sleeping places;
available entertainment;
amenities;
approximate prices;
additional services;
Property rules;
contact information for the owner or representative.
Carefully review the information before contacting the Property Owner.
4. Save the Property to Your Favourites
Save suitable Properties in the “Favourites” section.
This allows you to:
avoid losing a Property;
return to it later;
compare several options;
quickly find it before a future event.
You may need to sign in to use the Favourites feature.
5. Contact the Property Owner
Select the contact button or reveal the telephone number on the Property page.
Confirm the following directly with the Property Owner or representative:
availability on the required date;
the final price;
what is included in the base price;
which services are charged separately;
the required advance payment or security deposit;
arrival and departure times;
maximum guest capacity;
whether parties are permitted;
music and noise restrictions;
cancellation conditions;
advance-payment refund conditions;
whether children or pets are permitted.
Revealing a telephone number or submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm a booking.
6. Confirm the Arrangement
After all details have been agreed, the Property Owner will explain how the booking can be confirmed.
Important conditions should be recorded in writing, including:
the date;
the final price;
the advance payment;
the number of guests;
arrival and departure times;
additional services;
cancellation conditions;
deposit refund conditions;
other relevant terms.
At this time, G4MAX:
does not accept Property rental payments;
does not process payment cards;
does not store payment details;
does not hold advance payments or deposits;
does not charge a booking commission;
does not issue refunds.
All payments and final arrangements are made directly between the guest and the Property Owner.
7. Arrive and Enjoy Your Stay
Arrive at the agreed time and comply with the Property rules.
Treat the Property responsibly, supervise your guests, follow safety requirements and respect neighbours.
After your stay, you can save the Property to your Favourites and return to it for another event.
For Property Owners
1. Create an Account
Register or sign in to your G4MAX profile.
Make sure your telephone number and other contact details are correct, as potential guests will use them to contact you.
2. Select “List a Property”
Select “List a Property” to add your location.
Provide information including:
Property name;
category;
city and area;
address or approximate location;
description;
photographs;
guest capacity;
sleeping capacity;
available amenities;
entertainment;
approximate prices;
additional charges;
Property rules;
contact details.
Only accurate and current information should be provided.
3. Add the Property to the Map
When creating the Listing, place the marker where the Property is actually located.
An accurate map location helps guests:
find the Property in the relevant area;
assess the distance;
compare different locations;
understand how convenient it is to reach;
open your Property page directly from the map.
Do not place the marker in the city centre, a popular area or near a landmark where the Property is actually located elsewhere.
The Property Owner is responsible for the accuracy of the address and map marker.
4. Configure the Location Display
Depending on G4MAX functionality and privacy settings, the map may display:
the exact location;
an approximate location;
the neighbourhood;
an offset marker that does not reveal the full address.
If you do not wish to display the complete address publicly, provide the most accurate approximate location possible.
The full address may be provided directly to a guest after the conditions have been agreed.
5. Submit the Property for Moderation
Before publication, G4MAX may review:
the description;
photographs;
category;
Property characteristics;
prices;
contact information;
address;
map marker;
compliance with Platform requirements.
G4MAX may:
correct formatting;
change the category;
adjust the map marker;
request clarification;
request additional photographs;
return the Listing for revision;
reject the Property;
hide or remove the Listing.
Moderation helps maintain the quality of the catalogue but does not constitute legal verification of ownership or a guarantee of the Property’s characteristics.
6. Receive Enquiries From the Catalogue and Map
After publication, your Property may appear:
in the general catalogue;
in search results;
in relevant categories;
on the interactive map;
in User recommendations.
Users can select the map marker, view brief information, open the Property page and contact you.
You independently:
confirm availability;
agree on the price;
determine the advance payment;
establish Property rules;
accept or reject bookings;
handle cancellations;
issue refunds in accordance with your arrangements.
7. Keep the Listing Current
Regularly update:
prices;
photographs;
descriptions;
contact information;
available amenities;
Property rules;
seasonal conditions;
the map location.
If the Property is temporarily unavailable or is no longer offered, hide or remove it through the “My Properties” section.
Safety and Responsibility
G4MAX is an information and technology platform that helps guests and Property Owners find one another.
G4MAX is not:
the owner of the Properties;
a landlord;
a travel agent;
a payment service;
a party to arrangements between Users;
a guarantor of bookings;
a guarantor of refunds.
Before sending money, we recommend that you:
verify the identity of the Property Owner or representative;
confirm the address and check it on the map;
request recent photographs or video;
record the price and conditions in writing;
confirm the cancellation procedure;
retain payment confirmations;
never disclose passwords or SMS codes;
never enter card information on suspicious websites.
Report suspicious Listings, false information or possible fraud to the G4MAX support team.
