Iris No. 10 is a detached house in the Marakuya suburban complex in Pidhirtsi. The 28.5 m² house with a private terrace accommodates up to four guests and features a sleeping area, a private bathroom, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, dishes, and a Smart TV. The stay includes two hours of use of the hot tub. The house features a barbecue and a relaxation area, and the gated complex includes a restaurant, a seasonal pool, and a sauna area. Some of the houses are located directly on the water. Small dogs are allowed in accordance with the complex’s rules.
