Owner description

Two-story wooden cottage No. 2 in the “Dobryi Khutor” complex in Sukhyi Lyman. Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests: 4 rooms and 8 sleeping spots. The first floor features a bedroom, a kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom; the second floor has three bedrooms—one of which is a walk-through—and a balcony. The private yard features a gazebo, a barbecue, a seasonal pool, a hot tub, and a private pier by the water. Three hours of hot tub use are included in the reservation. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, off-grid power, a secured property, and two parking spaces are available. Fishing for cottage guests is included in the reservation. There is a restaurant on the premises; breakfast or dinner can be ordered separately. Rates: Mon–Thu — starting at 12,000 UAH/night; Fri–Sun and holidays — starting at 15,000 UAH/night. Deposit: 50%; security deposit: 2,000 UAH; cancellation must be made at least 14 days in advance. Check-in after 1:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. A grill, skewers, and a grill rack are provided; firewood is charged separately. The administration will confirm the final price and availability for your selected dates.
