The Grass Residential Complex

The Grass is a family-friendly complex consisting of three separate houses nestled in the woods near a private lake in the village of Zhukin. The 40 m² panoramic cottage accommodates two to four guests: inside, there is a double bed, a fold-out double sofa, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a fireplace, and a terrace overlooking the water and trees. Each house has its own BBQ area. On-site amenities include fishing, a wood-fired sauna, and a hot tub (for an additional fee), a children’s trampoline, and parking at the entrance. The Desna River flows about two kilometers away. The complex is designed for a peaceful family vacation: noisy groups are not accepted, and quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM. Pets of small size are allowed with prior approval.
