The 34 m² cottage is designed for two guests and features a separate bedroom with a large bed, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, and panoramic windows. Adjacent to the cottage is a 15-square-meter terrace, with a BBQ area nearby. There is only one cottage on the property, so guests have the entire space to themselves. A reservoir is within walking distance, and forest trails through a nature reserve run nearby. Bringing a small child or a pet requires prior approval. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
