“Nova Dacha” is a modern cottage complex in the village of Khmilna, nestled in a pine forest, about 30 minutes from Kyiv. The six cottages can accommodate up to 32 guests at a time. The Private SPA House has one bedroom and sleeps four; the 70-square-meter Family SPA House sleeps six; and the 85-square-meter Grand SPA House also sleeps six guests. The cottages feature a kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, terrace, and backup power supply. The property features a heated outdoor pool, as well as a private hot tub and sauna. For active recreation, guests can enjoy ATV rides, and there is a playground, swings, and relaxation areas in the woods. Parking and electric vehicle charging are provided. Family celebrations and stays with pets are allowed for an additional fee.
