Premier Hotel Odesa is a five-star hotel on French Boulevard, near Arcadia and the seashore. The 16-story building features 200 guest rooms, and the upper floors offer panoramic views of the city and the sea. Guests have access to a wellness center with a pool, a fitness area, a sauna, a jacuzzi, restaurants and bars, parking, a covered area, and a conference space with five rooms. For this review, we selected a classic double room measuring 18 m² with a 160-cm-wide bed, Wi-Fi, a TV, climate control, a hair dryer, and toiletries. The official rate as of the date of this review starts at 4,500 UAH per night. The actual price depends on the dates of stay and booking conditions.
