Rancho Kyiv — a private cottage with an area of 120 m² in Mykolaivka, near a forest and a chain of lakes. The cottage sleeps six guests and features two separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, heated floors, air conditioning, and a Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and gas stove. The enclosed courtyard is available exclusively for one group. The property features a seasonal swimming pool with a diameter of five meters, a hot tub, a gazebo, a barbecue, a garden, and parking for three to four cars. Internet, heating, and essential appliances can operate during power outages thanks to a backup power supply; stays with small or medium-sized pets are permitted under certain conditions.
