The Kodima Estate is a countryside resort in the village of Archepytevka in the Odesa region, surrounded by greenery and located near the water. Wooden cottages are available for guests. According to the official website, the cottages feature two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, 24-hour hot and cold running water, individual heating, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The grounds feature swimming pools, a sauna, and a hot tub, as well as relaxation areas by the water. The complex’s active Instagram account also lists water activities, ATV rides, and paintball. The 60 m² area and 4,000 UAH per night rate are provided as technical guidelines for required booking fields: the actual specifications of a specific cottage, the rate, check-in conditions, and the list of available services must be confirmed at the time of booking.
