Shale Odessa — a 50-square-meter private home for a peaceful getaway near the forest in Altestovo. The home is situated on a 6-sotka lot and accommodates two guests. Inside, there is a bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen equipped with cookware, air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are provided for guests. The property features a swimming pool, a traditional Carpathian wood-fired hot tub, a veranda overlooking the forest, a fire pit area, swings, sofas, and lounge chairs. Parking, security, and video surveillance are provided. The minimum stay is 2 nights. A security deposit of 2,000 UAH is required. The house is not available for loud events. A small dog weighing up to 10 kg is allowed by prior arrangement and for an additional fee of 500 UAH.
