The Breeze is a renovated vacation resort in Pivdenne with nine separate cottages located about 100 meters from the sea. The gated community is designed for a peaceful family vacation: it features a pool, a playground, large gazebos, a barbecue area, parking, video surveillance, a shelter, and a stable Starlink connection. All cottages have a kitchen with dishes, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a terrace. For this review, we chose a compact cottage for 2–3 guests with a double bed and an extra bed for a child. Cats and dogs weighing up to 6 kg are allowed with prior approval. The official price for the compact cottage in July–August is 3,000 UAH per night. The area of 22 m² is listed as an estimate, as the exact value is not specified on the website. Please note: at the time of this review, the beach is officially closed in accordance with local government regulations.
