VIP Villa Water City — a private home on the Dniester riverfront in the gated Water City community. The house features four separate bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, kettle, and coffee maker, two bathrooms, and two balconies. Comfortable accommodations for up to 8 adults; additional accommodations for 1–2 small children are available by arrangement. The property features its own access to the water and a fishing spot, a summer terrace by the dock, a gazebo, a BBQ area, a grill, and a tandoor. A sauna and a hot tub are available for relaxation; their cost is negotiated separately. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, independent heating, hot water, and a generator are provided. Up to 10 parking spaces and electric vehicle charging are available. Base rate: 10,000 UAH per night on weekdays and 11,000 UAH on Friday–Sunday for 8 adults; an additional 500 UAH per extra guest. On weekdays, the minimum stay is two nights. Check-in is at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
