"Minimalist Majolica" WOW Houses

“Minimalist Majolica” is a complex of four unique houses near the forest, just 20 minutes from Kyiv. The three-story windmill-style house, with an area of 75 m², has two bedrooms and accommodates up to four guests; the 32 m² treehouse accommodates up to three. Two compact cabin-style homes, measuring 24 and 28 m², are designed to accommodate two guests each. The accommodations feature kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and projectors with screens. The Windmill is equipped with a telescope and a panoramic bathtub; the Rooster features a vinyl record player; and both the Grasshopper and the Rooster have private hot tubs. The grounds feature a swimming pool and a forest sauna, as well as a large BBQ area and a separate event house. The complex is ideal for romantic getaways, family weekends, and intimate celebrations.
