Owner description

Fazenda Residence is a private country home near a body of water and a forest in the village of Deremezna. The 50 m² house accommodates four guests and features a separate bedroom, two sleeping areas, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, air conditioning, heated floors, and a washing machine. The terrace offers views of the water and the surrounding greenery. Near the house, there is a BBQ area, a grill, and a relaxation area; a hot tub is available upon separate request. Guests can go fishing and use a SUP board. For families, a crib and high chair are provided upon request, and pets are allowed subject to the owner’s conditions.
