“Third Yard” is a suburban resort in Matyushi featuring eight houses of various sizes: from compact A-frame cabins for two to spacious log cabins for groups. The houses feature kitchens, bathrooms, terraces, and private BBQ areas. You can also order breakfast or Ukrainian cuisine. The complex is located by the water and has a pier. For active recreation, SUP boards, kayaks, boats, ATVs, volleyball, and table tennis are available. The grounds feature an eco-farm, walking areas, and parking. The location is ideal for family vacations and groups; pets are welcome.
