The cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: it features 3 separate bedrooms, 4 sleeping spots, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen-living room with a fireplace. A private sauna, shower area, and large covered terrace over the water offer panoramic views of the Dnipro River. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a barbecue grill with a grate and skewers, bed linens, towels, and a backup power supply are provided. The property is secured, and parking is provided; restaurants and a pool with lounge chairs are within walking distance. Nearby, you can relax by the water and go fishing. Pets—cats or small dogs—are allowed with prior approval and for an additional fee. Loud parties and smoking inside the house are prohibited.
