The property features: 🏠 a 130 m² house 🏊 a large 60 m² pool 🌿 a spacious covered gazebo 🔥 a grill and skewers 🧖 a sauna 🛏 2 living rooms — sleeps 4 The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: • refrigerator • stove and oven • dishes • TV • Wi-Fi Rates for groups of up to 8 people 🌙 Per night — 8,000 UAH From 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day. ☀️ Day rate — 6,500 UAH From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. 🧖 The sauna is charged separately — 1,000 UAH for 3 hours. Important Rules The house is not intended for loud parties or large gatherings. Please keep noise levels at a comfortable level, especially after 10:00 PM, and keep the house and grounds clean.
