The “Prychal” Guest House is located in Khotianivka, 16 km from Kyiv, near the Desna River. The complex includes 10 separate houses and 6 rooms with a total capacity of up to 57 guests. Accommodations range in size from 25 to 53 m², with a total area of 510 m². Each unit features a private bathroom and bedroom. The houses and rooms are equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes, air conditioning, Smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. Nearby, there is a sandy beach, fishing spots, and walking trails along the Desna River. The grounds feature a gazebo with a barbecue grill. For a wellness retreat, there is a wood-fired sauna with a cooling pool.
