Villa Kurka is a countryside complex consisting of five separate houses on half a hectare of wooded land in Yasnogorodka. The “Brama” house, with an area of 48 m², accommodates two to four guests: Inside, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a two-person pull-out sofa in the living room, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the pine trees. The grounds feature a wood-fired hot tub, a cold plunge pool, and an artificial lake. For relaxation, there are gazebos with barbecue grills, areas for al fresco dining, and walking paths among the trees. The complex is ideal for family weekends and quiet get-togethers with friends; guests are asked to keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m. Guests may bring a cat or small dog with prior approval; smoking inside the buildings is prohibited.
