COTTAGES ON THE DNIESTER — a spacious wooden eco-home in the gated cottage community of Water City in the village of Mayaki. The 188 m² house can accommodate up to 12 guests: five rooms, sleeping arrangements, a kitchen with all necessary cookware, bathrooms, and common areas for relaxation. A private yard opens onto a wide branch of the Dniester River. Guests have access to a private fishing pier, a gazebo, a barbecue grill, skewers, grates, and cauldrons, and there are terraces on the first and second floors with views of the Lower Dniester Nature Park. Wi-Fi is available on the premises, along with air conditioning and secure parking. A wood-fired sauna is available for an additional fee: 3,000 UAH for the first three hours, then 500 UAH per hour. The published estimated cost of stay is 6,500 UAH on weekdays and 7,000 UAH on weekends; weekend reservations require a minimum stay of two nights. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, quiet hours are in effect on the premises; loud music is not permitted.
