Lazur Hills is a complex of two-story wooden cottages made of Transcarpathian pine, located right on the beach in Sanzhiyka. Each cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests: 10 people in full-size beds and two more on a pull-out sofa in the living room. Each floor has a bathroom with a shower, as well as a water heater and a washing machine. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a separate BBQ grill, and parking for 2–3 cars. The property offers Wi-Fi, video surveillance, and a heated pool; a quiet beach is located approximately 150 meters away.
