Arcadia Villa Apartments is a complex of seven modern cottages in the resort area of Odesa, near Arcadia and the sea. Various categories are available: the compact 25 m² Mini cottage for two guests, and the three-story Lux, Premium, and “Superior” cottages ranging from 195 to 300 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests. The cottages are equipped with kitchens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs, washing machines, and modern appliances. The larger cottages feature several bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious kitchen-living rooms, terraces with rattan furniture, barbecue grills, garages, or private parking spaces. The separate Lux category includes a private pool. The property is under 24-hour external security, and a backup power supply is provided. Rates for the “Mini” category start at 1,200 UAH per day, “Lux” at 6,000 UAH, “Superior” at 7,000 UAH, and “Premium” at 8,000 UAH.
